The ESF Alumni Association is eliminating the dues-based membership structure.

All alumni are now automatically considered full-fledged members of the Alumni Association!

How is this possible?

In collaboration with the Mighty Oak Student Assembly (MOSA), ESF is moving to a student-supported fee model. This optional fee will help fund the Alumni Association and enhance our student support.

Why are we doing this?

This shift will enable us to enhance our engagement, develop meaningful connections, and provide increased support to future students and graduates of ESF. It also aims to ensure that all alumni, regardless of financial capacity, can participate and engage in the activities and benefits provided by our Alumni Association.

Repurpose Your Dues as a Donation

While you will no longer receive requests for dues, all loyal alumni are encouraged to give to the ESF Annual Fund. Consider redirecting your annual $40 dues to the ESF Annual Fund and contribute to unrestricted support from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends. All current annual dues payers will maintain their membership benefits through their renewal date!

Thank you for your generous support in the past through the dues program. Your contributions have been instrumental in enabling us to provide valuable services and opportunities to our fellow alumni.

The Life Member program holds a special place in the Association’s history and is a testament to the commitment and dedication of our loyal supporters. In keeping with the history, we are pleased to announce that our valued Life Members will now be recognized as members of the Eustace B. Nifkin Society. As a member of the Nifkin Society, you will retain all of the benefits and privileges that you’ve come to enjoy as a LifeMember. Additionally, we are excited to introduce new and enhanced perks exclusively for Society members, including:

  1. Event Discounts: All Society members are eligible for a 10% discount to all alumni events.
  2. Exclusive Discounts in the ESF College Bookstore: Nifkin Society members will now enjoy a 20% discount on all Bookstore purchases (with the exclusion of maple syrup and gift cards). Additionally members will be given a special discount on maple syrup once each year.
  3. Customized Recognition: Your membership in the Eustace B. Nifkin Society will be acknowledged through special name badge recognition at all events.
  4. Print version of the ESF Alumni Magazine: All Society members will receive a print version of the Alumni Magazine.
  5. Annual Special Offer from the ESF College Bookstore: Expanded discount on specific items for Society members each year.
  6. Annual Thank You Gift: All Society members will receive an annual thank you gift to show our appreciation of your commitment to the success of the Association and the College.
