The offices of Development and ESF College Foundation have a new home on campus.
The offices moved from Bray Hall to a newly constructed office suite in Centennial Hall. The move helps to accommodate several campus space changes resulting from the ongoing renovation of Marshall Hall and to better support the office functions.
“In Bray Hall, our staff members were divided among three separate office suites,” said Brenda Greenfield, assistant vice president for development and executive director ESF College Foundation and Subsidiaries. “Our new office space allows all of our staff to be housed together in a configuration that better suits our operational needs.”
Office staff were excited to be able to design a space to fit their needs and comfortably accommodate visitors. “We now have our own conference room, complete with kitchen, that will allow us to better host visiting donors and Foundation Board committee meetings,” said Greenfield. “As an added plus, our visitors now have designated, convenient parking.”
Since the College Foundation’s subsidiary Housing Corporation owns and operates Centennial Hall, Greenfield noted the move to Centennial made sense.
“The closer connection to our Centennial Hall staff colleagues is helpful, and it’s nice to be closer to students,” she said. “We’re looking forward to hosting an open house in the near future.”
A dedicated office entrance is located at the west end of the building near the corner of Oakland Street and Fineview Place. Directional signage is posted to guide visitors to the office entrance.
All Development and Foundation staff members have retained their same campus phone extensions, and the main office number is still 315-470-6683. Campus mail should be directed to Development Office/ESF College Foundation Centennial Hall West Entrance.
